Jess loves helping first home buyers enter the property market and developing strategies to help them understand their finances better as well as pay off the new mortgage as quickly as possible. Dealing with personal finances can be stressful and overwhelming. Jess helps take the stress away and will help get you through the process with ease.

Queen is a dedicated customer service manager at The Finance Emporium, supporting Jess with work flow tasks, collection of all supporting documents, preparation of applications, post-settlement account management, and client correspondence. Organised, creative, and genuinely passionate about client service, she plays an integral role in ensuring each finance journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong customer service background, Queen brings excellent communication and multitasking skills to her role, supporting Jess with care and precision. Her strong time management ensures daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
