Queen is a dedicated customer service manager at The Finance Emporium, supporting Jess with work flow tasks, collection of all supporting documents, preparation of applications, post-settlement account management, and client correspondence. Organised, creative, and genuinely passionate about client service, she plays an integral role in ensuring each finance journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong customer service background, Queen brings excellent communication and multitasking skills to her role, supporting Jess with care and precision.
